Playing around with Coinbase lightning integration and just had to mention how insidious it is to use the term 'varies' for lightning as if it's not the cheapest option (unless you decide you want to wrap it for whatever reason)
The reason seems obvious to me that they clearly want to downplay its utility, speed, and affordability to prop up their useless Base ETH L2 🙄 (even though that would wrap it to cbbtc)
Its like they only begrudgingly integrated lightning. Man I really wish they would lean into it.

Hello, he is absolutely right. There is no way to outperform Bitcoin. In my opinion, it can make sense to work in real estate if you enjoy it. Then you can use bitcoin, for example as a store of value for maintenance reserves or the integration of mining to generate heat. But not as an investment to outperform bitcoin. I still remember when I first saw a Max Keiser clip in 2011, he was talking about silver and JPM.
