It seems that serving NIP-05 nostr.json with a correct "Access-Control-Allow-Origin" header is not common at all. To the degree that it's not useful at all in web clients to show all the warnings. It's a distraction ritght now.
Maybe we could solve that with DVMs fetching and caching nip-05 data.

I'm releasing a relay that is a $HOME for tribes. It is willing to store events for tribe members.
The basic vision is that when newbies join Nostr via a tribe, they get immediate access to a relay that stores their events, therefore act as their home relay. In its current form it's quite similiar to @fiatjaf's khatru-pyramid, but implemented with nostr events instead of relay auth.

The vision includes blossom servers, NIP-96 media servers, and whatever servers are coming in the future automatically host tribe members' content and provide services to them. The idea is to be able to carry the tribe membership a.k.a. the initial social net between applications. And at the same time provide some defence against the reply guys / gals.
Ideally, there should be also a community UI that provides an initial supporting community for the newbies, which

nostrmedia.com now also accepts encrypted images and videos from Amethyst DM chats. Just add the to you Media Servers. It supports both nip96 and blossom and it is a freemium model that allows 100 monthly free image uploads, but videos require paid account.

He came up with a method to measure how alive is a thing, and how to build them. Books where he goes about it: "Pattern language", "Nature of order".
In this lecture of '96 he talks to software programmers, arguing they should apply these principles when building software.
Too bad we can't invite him to a Nostr conference as speaker anymore, he would love it.

I'm annoyed by most #nip07 clients on desktop. When I visit one, it shows me the landing page, then immediately puts a popup over it, asking for my permissio
n for reading my pubkey.
How should I know if I want to grant permission or not, if I haven't even read the page? I picked gitworkshop in the screenshot, but all applications do this
because there's simply no other way to get the public key via the NIP-07 API. We need one.
I'm submitting a simple, backward-compatible change to NIP-07 to address this problem and give a chance to app developers to provide a decent user experience
on desktop w/ extension.

To not loose THE game and stay free, we need Bitcoin. But Bitcoin is not enough. We need to turn our focus in one common direction: towards freedom. We must stand still against all the forces that want to divide us. Thus, we need Nostr, too. We unite on Nostr. But that's not enough. We need to grow up to the challenge. We need to develop focus, morals, consciousness, physical and mental energy, empathy, self confidence and faith in every one of us, individually. We need to be disciplined and kind while we are marching towards our common goal.
Infinite scrolling is not our friend on this path. It is there to gain the masses over from the walled gardens. We need tools for collaboration that work for us, helps us to teach each other to the good things, let us live without unneccessary compromises and NOT to distract us!
