- Fixed: restarting app reverts to Following rather than selected list or relay
- Fixed: lists change positions randomly

We’ve added lists to [Nos](https://nos.social/install) in version 1.1! You can create a list in another app like listr.lol and then view the feed for that list in Nos. Here’s the full set of changes in this version:
- Added lists to the app so you can see feeds from specific accounts you've added to the list. You can create your lists with listr and view their feeds from the Nos app.
- Nos now publishes the hashtags it finds in your note when you post. This means it works the way you’ve always expected it to work.
- Updated the default relays that are added when you create an account.
- Fixed display of Mastodon usernames
- Fixed crash related to tracking delete events.

- Added display of website URLs for user profiles.
- Updated note header UI to make it more readable.
- Fixed galleries expanding past the width of the screen when there are lots of links or images.
- Fixed quoted note composer not expanding to fit mentions.

We’re excited to announce that we are now live in Australia and New Zealand, complete with an updated onboarding workflow designed to help new users understand keys, find people to follow, and create their first post. If you’re in Australia or New Zealand and have been waiting for an easy-to-use app to introduce to your friends and family, encourage them to check out Nos!

It’s time for another Nos update! In today’s 0.2.2 release, we have a handful of improvements for you:
- Updated the media viewer that displays images, videos, and web pages inside of notes.
- Removed image and video link text from notes. Now only the images and videos will appear, without the link.
- Added new translations for the app so you can use it in Korean, Chinese Simplified, Swedish, and more! Thanks to alternative, 안마리 (everyscreennetwork), Andypsl8, Dženan (Dzenan), ObjectifMoon, ra5pvt1n, and everyone else who contributed translations on Crowdin!

To post to individual relays, select the All my relays at the top of the editor and switch it to the relay of your choice.

- Fixed an issue where the sheet asking users to set up a NIP-05 username would appear after reinstalling Nos, even if the profile already had a NIP-05 username.
- Fixed a bug where urls with periods after them would include the period.
- Fixed a bug where confirmation dialog buttons turn red while swiping across them.

GM Nostr! After 6+ months of working through product debt and bugs we have a stable app! If you haven’t checked it out in awhile you might want to give it another go! Huge thanks to @Matthew Lorentz @Josh Brown @Sebastian Heit @Daniel Cadenas and Martin for working through all the issues!

A semi-regular reminder that Nos allows both deletion of notes and ephemeral notes.

I have been using Nostr for two years now, and the lack of a NIP-09 (event delete) or its equivalent standard on Nostr is, more than ever, a significant privacy and safety issue built into the current version of the protocol.
Snowden warned us of the dangers of a permanent record. Have we not learned anything?
Nostr, as it is right now, is a permanent record that seeks to tie all of your apps and your coin transactions to one key pair.
If that key pair is ever compromised, EVERYTHING is compromised.
If you accidentally doxx yourself, you are HOSED.
It's bad OPSEC. And it sounds like a honeypot waiting to happen.
Amber (event signer) is a decent workaround, but it has not passed a third-party security audit, and I still believe a parent/child key system is the

- Added push notifications for zaps.
- Added zaps to the Notifications view.
- Show “New notes available” notification on Feed when there are new notes to display.
- Disable the Post button while images are still uploading. Thanks @vien-eaker!

- Fixed a bug where the cursor could jump around when composing a note.

Here we go then. Introductions for each of the runners. All of them get big cheers, the biggest reserved for Noah Lyles and Marcell Jacobs.
Lyles beats his chest as he runs out onto track. He looks confident.
After what seems like an interminable wait, the referee finally gives the call for on your marks. The runners were jumping up and down to stay warm.
This is remarkable. It's a great start from Thompson. Lyles is slow out of the blocks but he's quickly catching.
It's a photo finish at the line!
They've given it to Lyles! 9.79 (9.784) PB, by five-thousandths of a second! He sets off running around the track in celebration, jumping up and down, as his win is confirmed.

🏀 The upsets keep coming at Paris 2024, and this is a big one!
Nigeria are making their Olympic debut in women's basketball and were facing three-time silver medallists Australia in their opening game.
Well, D'Tigress have shown that they're here to play and have taken down the world's No.3 team 75-62! Nigeria, by comparison, are ranked 12th in the world.
Ezinne Kalu (NGR) led the way for Nigeria, scoring 19 points to go along with 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals.

New and improved in this version:
- Added a filter button to the Home tab that lets you browse all notes on a specific relay — like our new Paris 2024 Olympics Relay, where you can get all the latest coverage in one place, thanks to @Global Sports Central!
- Improved the search experience with fast local searches.
- Fixed the issue where tapping the Search button caused search results to disappear.
- Fixed an issue with naddr links.

We’re back with another hidden feature in Nos!
User Handles
This identifier is another mechanism of verifying a public key belongs to the account you think it does. Formatted like an email address, it often sits in a user profile.
Nos users can set a user handle in Nos either after signing up for a Nostr account or by logging in with an existing private key.

We’re channeling the joy of the revolution with our June Cohort. Whether you are looking for dance music for an upcoming gathering or inspiration on how to make an impact, this month’s cohort has it all. Hey! This morning we released version 0.1.17 of Nos. It's got a handful of quality-of-life changes:
- Added support for opening njump.me content in Nos.
- Implemented NIP-96 and NIP-98 for photo and video uploads.
- Fixed a bug where some profiles wouldn't load old notes.
- Fixed an issue where NIP-05 could appear as invalid.
- Fixed a crash on logout
