What do y’all do with your zaps?

Most of the time, I zap probably about equal to what I get zapped unless I produced some sort of higher quality content that gets a lot more.

I personally, treat lightning zaps as “fun money” and everything in cold storage or on-chain as “serious money”.

When my lightning wallet goes up from zaps, I do not stack those sats.
Those go directly back into the nostrsphere either by purchasing a product (e.g., my nostr.build account, damus subscription, or merch/art from other nostr users). The rest, I zap to the devs of projects I use or to artists I want to support.

BUT, since I treat all lightning transactions as “fun money”, SOMETIMES I zap out more than I get and therefore need more sats in the wallet. When this happens, I ask my

It’s a bed with chambers that open into a compartment that holds fluid and can detach.

Use case: you’re comfy in bed and suddenly have to pee, but don’t wanna get up.

I have a chronic pain condition (endometriosis). I’ve had surgeries, done physical therapy, tried holistic solutions, started an anti inflammatory diet, and been prescribed countless medications (most of which narcotics).

A lot of flare ups last multiple days where I am unable to get out of bed. It’s an indescribable pain and the limited quality of life can make it depressing as fuck a lot of times.

Earlier on in my diagnosis, I was given opiates. They worked, but terrified me because I already recovered from addiction issues when I was younger.

I saw in the news that some women in Australia with endometriosis were fighting with the government over medical marijuana allowances, which started my studies.

It’s also supported in many of the medical journals that particular strains of full-spectrum cannabis have been proven successful in treating endometriosis pain.

You know what’s a weird feeling? Sad gratitude. It’s kind of like survivor’s guilt I guess.

We finally got a good rental for our Malibu refugees and word that all of our friends are ok.

I feel so grateful my friends and family are ok, but also heartbroken for everyone else and the loss of some of the most beautiful places in the city.
