There is no benefit that you provide to the network by running your node that all other nodes on the network don't equally provide to you. Hence, there is nothing to pay you for, unless someone who is NOT running their own node is relying on your node in order to access the network. In that case you absolutely could charge them to do so, but that would be on you to decide whether or not to charge for that service, and how much.
