For all I gleaned there, coconut water is less hydrating than gatorade zero 😏 Didn't mention coconut water.

Glucose is helpful for diarrhea because it helps the body absorb more sodium. It's not necessary (at least, not nearly as important as food safety).

To hydrate, don't poison yourself, and get enough minerals & water. Anything else is overkill
