From what @The Fishcake🐶🐾 said, it doesn't look like there is a daily limit, just a file size per upload limit of 50MiB. He's one of the main guys running nostr.build, so he would know.
That being the case, you shouldn't be getting blocked from uploading as long as your videos are under that file size limit each. The ones that I am seeing in your feed are WELL under that limit, so I am not sure why you would now be unable to upload...
