The internet needs to maintain anonymity, and vagueness, once things can be traced back to its source then things can be essentially Censored more practically, as people who generate content are threats to the system.
But people who replicate content are simply relays, few produce original content.
Watermarked original content that goes against the system will be tracked down, and removed from the website, the internet, or from existence.
IPs and all that.
I've considered ideas like that for years but once I watched the video above, it made more sense to not have additional Metadata, even if it's risks the content being lost to time.

yes but the AI problem (described in the vid)
is solved with public/private key pair tech
