Listen look at this from my perspective. You have someone that you care about. You know they have severe mental health issues. You recognize this, because at one point earlier in your life. You had similar mental health issues. Except you actually sought the help that you needed. Discovered that mental health assistance was actually required for you to manage the pain and stop the obsessions until they were no longer an issue.
How then would you try and convince the person that you care for to try and seek help for themselves?
You would not keep enabling them.
You would not get into online fights every time someone said something bad online.
You would try your absolute best to help them get the help required in order for them to finally heal. That is what I am doing here. Nothing more.

I do not need mental health treatment. I need help addressing the problems that impact my mental health.
If you didn't have good enough reason to stay obsessed with your person forever, that doesn't mean I don't.
If you don't care enough about surviving or protecting your loved ones to stand up to a society full of liars killing the planet, that doesn't mean I don't.
Looking at this from your perspective is not healthy for me. I have no reason to trust you and it is a waste of my energy to consider that you might be making an honest mistake. I have to deal with people who would trick me into thinking they're making honest mistakes, when they're not. I need people who back me up.
