Yeah it is a solution to be anonyme, it give less informations about us. But it will not avoid IA to be trained on our public words.

Nothing can prevent that, unless you're on a closed network. But then you don't have the "network" effect.

One way i see is to allow only the client to have the entire "note" content. Relay could only have partial message. like this :
"My new event hello world !". Relay A have "My ... event ... world !". Relay B have " ... new ... hello ... !" . Relay C "... new event ..." etc. Only client can "assemble" all this note. it is like RAID 5 for hard disk but apply to public notes only. If a company want to use note to train AI it will have to get all words from all necessary relay to get the entire note. This could be blocked by relay if they have too huge request from the sames users. Another way should be to add some crypto salt to add a kind of proof of work to read a note. It would mean just seconds/delay more to
