Turning off new requests for the lnproxy relay hosted at lnproxy.org for a bit
Too many stuck payments, and I don't want this much in limbo. Funds are safe and wrapped invoices that have already been created will still work, but the relay will reject new requests to wrap invoices until the current batch of stuck payments is resolved.
We need PTLCs for stuckless payments asap.
