Simply put, it is highly unlikely that 99.99% of regular Nostr users will unintentionally violate the rules

Still, I’m very curious about the original dilemma.
People have no idea where they are uploading and what are the rules.
I think it’s good for Clients to have a link to the TOS and highlight some of the well established rules during onboarding. Maybe some do already.
Notice: Media service are managed by third party business, illegal activity will be removed and reported to the authorities… Yada yada.,.

Yes, I agree. We may need for the clients to do that. They all do have ToS because it is mostly required by the app stores (in case of apps) but I also assume people don’t read the ToS
