He's out of his fucking mind. It is crystal clear he's a tyrant who sees himself as another Ghengis Khan, or Alexander the Great. He desires empire, and conquest, and has no interest in serving the people. This 3rd term bullshit is just the latest evidence of his anti-American, anti-democratic perspective, and his intention to completely shred the Constitution.
