I understand what you're saying, but, what I'm implying is that social nostr is meh compared to the growing other stuff.

Sure, it's all built on the nostr protocol, but, most people are very limited in their understanding of the protocol (especially anyone onboarded with primal... 🤢) and we are still too early and the protocol is still too crude in some ways for people to seemlessly utilize nostr without understanding how it is supposed to work.

The social side will not be the dominant utilization. By social I mean the big tech clones, and in some ways, the greatly desired communities that are incoming.

Sure they're using the protocol in a slightly different way than we are right now, but when you get down to it, we're all just pushing JSON messages to a relay.
