I am not a fan of carrot cake, but I love the cream cheese icing that my mom made to go on them 🤤. So maybe there's a carrot cake icing cheesecake out there somewhere. Although maybe this would just be a cheesecake with pecans in it 🤔

So, I found a recipe online. It's cheesecake batter layered with carrot cake batter and then baked. I've got a pretty solid basic cheesecake recipe that I use often. I'm just going to use the carrot cake recipe I have to make the carrot cake layers.
