Bisq is btc primary. Haveno>retoswap is monero primary. To buy xmr on bisq you have to fiat>bisq2>trusted-seller>btc>>btc>bisq1>xmr. On haveno its fiat>xmr

True, Bisq kind of sucks as a fiat on/off ramp, but it has the best btc/xmr liquidity for p2p, which is worth a mention imo.
