So I’ve been debating getting some help with @THE Bitcoin Podcast production + shorter form video editing…
BUT I also have an extremely efficient/productive workflow right now using Riverside and I’m kind of torn… BUT I also have a fiat job that demands a lot of my attention… BUT I also do most projects of my podcast shit at night when the wife and son are asleep…
Idk basically I’m trying to figure out if it’s worth it to hire a hardcore Bitcoiner or if I should just do a couple trials on Fiverr and see how it goes…
Thoughts?

I've edited videos for 3 years on two separate YouTube channels, though I post once a week as a result of bad internet speeds. I'd say get a Bitcoiner who uses FLOSS video editors like Kdenlive (my editor of choice), Blender, Olive or potentially Shotcut.
I'd recommend someone experienced in either Kdenlive or Blender personally speaking, as I use Kdenlive myself (not that I'd recommend myself as explained above).

Decide what the driver is in your content. If it’s a significant improvement then go for it. The art is knowing when to level up and when it’s worth it. Run short-term experiments too.

Look up Tommy Merry. He’s done some great video production projects and made some great short films. Number 19 is a great short thriller. He’s not anti Bitcoin but definitely not a crazy Bitcoiner like us.

Annoying going back and forth with fiver people
Although you'll be drastically overpaying compared to hiring a part time bitcoiner. Definitely a tough decision, but I think would be more fun with someone value aligned.
And maybe they can deal with fiver people for you even.
